How can I view my past orders? When you order for the first time, you'll have the option to create an account. Log in using our details to view all previous orders.
I have a question about my order, how can I contact you? Customers are welcome to contact us by phone, email, or using the contact form below. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible. If your enquiry is about an existing order, please provide an order reference number, so that we can assist you more efficiently.
When do you release new products? We are always looking to update our line-up. We do not have a specific release schedule, but we will update customers when new items are available.
How do I wash items? Full washing instructions will be provided with each item. This will typically be displayed on the label.
How long does an order take to complete? While we are in the early stages as a business, we are aiming to get orders processed and shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed, however we ask to allow up to 2 weeks processing time. As we do not have a storage facility or warehouse, we are placing orders with the suppliers when an item is ordered. This takes 1 - 2 days to arrive from the supplier, and then the design is measured to fit the space on the garment (along with any names), cut out and applied onto the garment. There is currently only one person running the site and fulfilling orders, so some orders may take longer due to work load at that time (once the business grows more, more people will be employed to speed this up). As we currently don't hold any stock, it can be difficult to keep track of our suppliers stock levels, so sometimes an item may be on back order. If this applies to any items you have ordered you will be contacted and given a few options including refunding the item, swapping the item or shipping separately at no extra cost.
How can I pay? We accept all major cards and PayPal.
